I cannot say enough good things about Mike (owner) and MCI Roofing. I had roof damage from storms. I wanted to work with a local business that would be around in the future (and not deal with the fly by night companies that show up frequently in my neighborhood). Mike was very responsive, communicated well, and also met insurance adjustor so that they looked at the roof together. They documented damage/repairs very well in terms of getting approval for roof replacment and showing insurance company the finished product. MCI was punctual, efficient and did an excellent job in terms of the finished product. Our job rolled into a second day. Mike and his team came back, finished it and cleaned up very well. He and his team treated my house like their own (and I really appreciate that in a company). The best roofing company around. Since the first time I made contact with Mike through email he was responsive and very quick to come take a look at my roof. Since that point he was able to navigate warrantying a whole roof that was installed by a different company that I wasn't able to contact anymore. He kept me up to date and was quick to respond over the (approx.) 5 months it took go through the process. Then within a week of my warranty being approved he was able to have my new roof installed and fix my gutters as well. Mike and his team were very friendly, professional, and courteous. They arrived on time and cleaned up extremely well.
