Waterless Heater was not working, called QUAN in the morning they had a guy out in two hours and problem solved. Nice work Calvin and good work QUAN Services.
Calling calling and calling, no one picks phone, neither emergency service number is answered by anyone.
Called on Wednesday and left a message for service work as the new disposal has stopped working and the sink will no longer drain. Called again and left another message on Thursday with the same request. Called Friday AM and was told they showed no messages left from the previous call, they are busy today and it will be Monday before they can get someone out. While they did a good job in the building phase, follow-up to service issues has been very disappointing so far.
