I called Providence after getting a quote from RotoRooter that I felt was extremely high for a clogged sink . Alex and Bradley came out and took care of the clogged drain in no time. They were quick to identify the issue and what it took to fix. Super knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made me feel like they had my interest in mind while fixing the issue. Moving forward I will always call Providence for my plumbing needs and ask for Alex and Bradley. I would highly recommend. Service: Drain cleaning
Called the office at 0930. I was told she would get in touch with a technician and the tech would call me. At 4pm I called back and was told again a tech would call. When the tech called, and we advised him of our issue. He said he “was slammed, and could not get to us.” If he’d called at 10am we could’ve searched for another company to help.
Daniel was fantastic! A real expert. Came in and examined the situation (a disconnected drop pipe in the wall). He gave me a good range of estimates based on what he would find and helped me get in contact with someone to repair the water damage. He completed the job quickly, well and for a fair price. He is also helping me out with the next steps in thinking through a full remodel. Service: Plumbing leak repair
