Josh and Tony did an awesome job and faster than expected! (Our old hot water heater decided to burst yesterday morning) job was done by mid afternoon

When you are having an emergency the ability to receive a response is crucial. This past weekend, my water tank started leaking into my garage. I panicked not knowing what to do, especially the garage was full of my recently decease mother’s belongings. I called several Hot Water Heater providers and spoke with Jeff with Providence Plumbing! Immediately, I had a sense of relief. I wanted him to come immediately but his schedule was full. I just wanted someone to come and give me an assessment, which he was the ONLY person who asked for a photo. He clearly gave me, what to expect and the estimated cost but sadly he was not able to come before Monday. I could have had someone come immediately but Jeff made me feel – SAFE! Being a single woman, I was concern would I find a provider that would be safe and fair. Guess what, Jeff was AMAZING!!!! As I am writing this, I am becoming emotional. Being in a situation, which was not expected (what emergency is expected) and exposed to the unk
