Had a problem with our air conditioner Saturday evening. Called Shannon and left a message 9 AM Sunday morning. I realize that a lot of folks don’t work on Sunday, but Shannon called about 2 PM and was here shortly and fixed it. We have been dealing with Shannon since 2012. I would never call anybody else but Air Tech, awesome. Thank you. Don Beverly
