I hired them to install an outlet downstairs when I moved my washer and dryer and that seemed to go ok. So while they were here I asked the owner how much would he charge to hang a floating hollow shelf and then mount my television above it. This would require moving an outlet up approximately 30 inches. The owner said around $200-$400. I said great and scheduled them to come do the install. This time however two older gentleman came out, one only spoke Russian and the other spoke Russian and some broken English. It took those two older gentleman 9 1/2 hours to hang a floating shelf and mount the tv. After waiting that long for them to finish the shelf was in the wrong spot and it wasn’t level. The TV mounting was a mess. They asked me for an extension cord which they used to plug the television into the wall outlet with all the wires completely visible. But then proceeded to tell me it would be $950. I actually laughed and ask are you joking and they said no. At that point

Fast and very professional, wires melted behind my oven. He came and had everything fixed in less than hour. Couldn't ask for better service.
