I don’t normally leave reviews based on services I’ve received, but when you’re repeatedly given outstanding attention on short notice, you have to make an exception. Having dealt with AC companies and technicians for over 35 years, I can say I’ve never seen the level of excellence I’ve experienced with Canella, and namely Chase. Canella has been extremely responsive on multiple occasions, and I’ve never met anyone as thorough and diligent as Chase. Problem solving, customer service and minimizing expense seems to come naturally to him, and he represents Canella very impressively. Nobody wants to have to get their AC serviced, but when I do, Canella will always be my first choice.

We had our AC unit cleaned and prepped for the upcoming summer season. Daniel was very professional, friendly, thorough and explained everything he did. This was our first experience using this company as we’re newly retired to NC with a new-build home.
