My A/C wasn’t working. The technician installed a new thermostat saying the old one (3 years old) was defective. He checked out the air handler & blower and said it needed at least $3,000 in repairs due to a leak. He was at my house for quite a while (running the clock?) and pressed me repeatedly to buy their yearly maintenance agreement. He came off more like a used car salesman than a repair tech. In the end, I paid nearly $500 for a thermostat for a non-working A/C and to be pressured to spend as much money as possible. Now I’m on their email list. No thanks. Went with another company that I felt like I could trust. Service: Install thermostat

Canella personnel were friendly. Scheduling was easy. Availability was great. The person who worked on our HVAC system was thorough. She did everything I expected and more. After the service was completed, she emailed a very detailed report of what she accomplished and included recommendations for the future. I feel the service was excellent. I will recommend Canella to everyone who asks me who to use for their HVAC needs. Service: A/C system maintenance

We needed a diagnosis and repair. From the start we were told what was going to happen and when. Then it happened just as described! Business operating based on the ethics of a bygone era!?! Who would have thought it?! The ladies manning the phones were considerate and professional. Thomas is an Outstanding Technician! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and processes and exercised professional patience in helping us to understand them also. He was also very thorough in explaining the options available to us moving forward. Under the stressful circumstances, Canella's people made it less stressful.
