Our experience with Allied Air has been 5 star from beginning to end. We had 2 A/C units and 2 furnaces replaced this summer, just in time before that heatwave hit the Charlotte area and I can not be happier with the results. They were very professional and courteous from beginning to the end of the process. This was very much appreciated as my wife and I were working from home through the installation. They made ever effort to ensure that we were not inconvenienced with all the work going on in and around the home. We did shop around for this major appliance purchase and Allied had the best value by far and their financing terms were the best around. Would recommend to anyone who gets sticker shock from some of the other companies in the area. They should be your first call!! We needed a new gas line installed for the installation of a new gas range and gas BBQ grill. After suffering the abuse of a couple of other company's not returning calls or showing up, we called Allied Aire. They came out when they said they would, and did a tremendous job. While owning our home, we have had to install two different HVAC systems (one on the first floor and one on the second).
