Picking a roofer is rather stressful but not with Sutherlands. We spoke with Erich who explained every step of the process and exactly what it would cost. We decided to use Sutherlands to replace our roof and are very happy that we did. They showed up on the agreed date and finished within the agreed time. Noticed some broken shingles on my elderly mom's house. Called Sutherlands and a crew replaced the roof, replaced a powered roof vent, new boots, remounted a tv receiver, and had the gutters reinstalled in short order. They worked with our insurance to keep it affordable for us. Couldn't be happier with the response and quality of the work. They even put matching shingles on our detached garage and little well house. They sent pictures of the finished job for my approval. Not a stray nail to be found after cleanup, too, a real bonus.
