The team of guys who came out to assess my new home gas water heater and install a brand new one were awesome!! Jamie who I believe was the team lead was professional & gave outstanding service to assess what was needed, explained in detail while answering questions & made sure we had all our repairs done in a timely manner while also communicating to the gas company so they understood as well. Levi Horris also a team lead & Michael did our initial installation. They removed my older water heater and installed the new one while communicating everything to me during the process. Levi even went over and beyond by coming out after closing to make sure our gas was turned on when the gas company was running late. Update: After getting a quote for two bathroom remodels, we scheduled a date to have the work done. Joe Moore and several other guys helped us with this project. These guys were amazing. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for making my job easier by handling everything. Joe Moore was very helpful and professional in looking at a job we needed an estimate on for my Mom. He explained what they could do for us to fix her issues. We look forward to working with this company and with Joe Moore.
