Ron came to service our hvac and inspect some issues we had. Was quick to diagnose and be honest with us and educational on what was fine, root causes we could fix ourselves on some others and did a great job on our ac unit cleaning out all the grass I’ve blown in it over the years. Funny, honest and affordable. Will be our go to in Durham.

I have used Brown Brothers Plumbing and Heating for the past 10 years for the mandated yearly inspection of my Back-Flo system and Cross-Connection. They are reliable and professional and I can count on them to come out when promised, complete the inspection, address and service any problems, as well as filing the required documents. In addition, the office staff is so helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and technical qualifications of the entire staff. I value the relationship as I know that they will arrive on time and complete the job quickly and efficiently. We are required to have a yearly Back Flow Valve test for our commercial properties. Brown Brothers staff schedule and complete the tests, and file the results with the City on the same day! They are a great business partner. 5 star rating for sure.
