We’ve been dealing with leaks for a few months at our older home. We called Jordan Plumbing to get an estimate to repipe our house since our house’s polybutylene pipes had begun to fail. Jeffrey Jordan came out to walk through the house, explain clearly what the process would look like, and gave us an estimate. They were very accommodating and got us in to repipe the whole house on the subsequent Saturday (we made the initial call on Monday). We were so grateful that they were able to get us in so quickly. Jeffrey and his team came on time and worked very efficiently to get the whole repipe done in one day. They were also polite and communicative, keeping us updated with their progress and answering any questions we had. They cleaned up all the dust and other debris from cutting into the drywall to fix the pipes before they left and also referred us to a contractor who was able to come by and repair the drywall at a reasonable price. The call to Jordan Plumbing was due to an issue (we found out) with the shower surround not being caulked - and water got behind the wall and mold was coming out the side of the wall. Jeffrey showed up at the house (after we paid $99 for the assessment and gas). We were not told in advance what their tiers of service charges were - my daughter paid an additional $429 for Jeffrey to "Recaulk tub & shower" (which were one in the same). AND, the mold on the wall was not removed! I received a call yesterday from their office and no adjustment was offered - but they did offer to come out and take care of the mold - NO THANK YOU! This is outrageous! Yes, the service fee was discussed, because I had to pay it in advance, but your tier of fees were NOT discussed. My daughter said that after the tub was caulked, she received the bill. Just not fair! Service: Shower repair

Failed to complete job. Dug hole, left it unfilled with broken pipe by foundation. Quit and left with drain clogged. Replaced outdoor faucet did not seal opening in wall. Totally wanted the money but not the work. The only thing they completed was the billing. Do not use. Services: Drain cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Faucet installation
