I have used Durham Plumbing many times for a number of different services. They are always responsive, on time, and reasonably priced. I don't call anyone else for estimates on jobs, because I trust Durham Plumbing to show up on time, get the job done efficiently, and stand behind their work. Actually plumber did great work, very nice, no complaints there. The issues were with the office staff, very unprofessional. I had someone come out for a quote, easy and quick, then was ghosted by them for weeks. They would rarely answer the phone (and I called almost every day for a few weeks until I got someone) and would not return my voicemails. It took a bit over a month to get the quote right and set a date for a plumber to do the job. The day came and no one showed up, not even a call from them. I called after about 4 hours waiting at home and got someone who didn't even apologize but said they double booked the guy. We rescheduled and after a 2nd attempt got the plumber out to do the job. Not worth the frustration of the office. Service: Faucet installation
