I had a big company come in and they charged a huge diagnostic fee and quoted very high for the repair and couldn’t even tell me if they could get it done within a week. Our air conditioner shut down on July 4th, a holiday. All the companies I called could not manage to come same day and I had to wait the next day for them to send someone. Considering it was 90 degrees outside and we have young kids I didn’t see how we could spend the night with the air conditioner not working. I texted Zach late in the day and to my surprise he managed to come that evening to fix our a/c. He quickly identified and fixed the issue. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
