Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I contacted RR website last eve and set up appt for this AM. Very easy and convenient. This is the second time I’ve used their service. Each time I had Starky as my serviceman. He was great each time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without problem. He was very honest w costs and expectations of the work performed. We had a clogged main and were not happy that we suddenly couldn't shower and had to go to the Food Lion to use the toilet. Tim Mitchell immediately set my mind at ease and even had me laughing through bad plumbing news. He also offered pithy wisdoms that I wrote down. I'm quoting him in a work presentation. And Tim knows his stuff! We didn't know much about roto rooter before and weren't sure who to call. I'm glad we made the choice that we did. It was such a relief to be greeted by someone who has the experience and expertise to accurately and quickly assess a major problem, offer the right solution, and keep us calm and even happy throughout. Tim was able to readily identify the source of our blockage and to get a camera technician over to show us where tree roots were growing through our old metal pipes.
