They replaced a hot water heater for us. The service was prompt and they were neat and clean. The service tech called us before they came to let us know when they would be there. Very good service. Highly recommend them.
Good luck getting them to call you back. After 3 phone calls I finally got them to schedule an estimate for a water softener. They came out for the estimate. Two weeks later and a phone call after the first week and still no estimate. During that call I asked about having a hot water recirc loop installed. They took down my info, promised me a callback, one week later still no return call. I'm done with Willie Saul & Son. The employees are very friendly, I think they just have more than they can handle but can't say it.
Had a leak under house called and they were here within 25 minutes. As always they take care of my needs. Professional and quick to respond. Highly recommend
