1 800 Plumbing

I work for Turner Realty Company and we use 1-800-Plumbing for some of the issues that we have arise. I called the company on the evening after Thanksgiving with an emergency for one of our tenants. The guys didn't hesitate to jump on it and got the tenant taken care of that same evening! I contacted at least 4 other companies and these guys were the only ones willing! You will be my first call next time! Thanks y'all!

I have used this company once before. Labor was a little costly. Called a second time to make an appointment, the guy said someone would be at my house between 4 and 6. I waited, my phone was on the charger. When I checked it he called at 4:40. I called back at 5:15 he told me that I would have to reschedule because I didn't answer the phone. I explained that the last time I used them they never called nor stated that they would be calling. I then told him that one ever came by my house and that he needed to state that they will not give you service if you don't answer your phone, forget the fact that I've been waiting since 3:45 and needed about 400 dollars worth of work done to 2 bathrooms.I do not recommend using this company they are unprofessional and have sloppy customer service.
