I have used this company once before. Labor was a little costly. Called a second time to make an appointment, the guy said someone would be at my house between 4 and 6. I waited, my phone was on the charger. When I checked it he called at 4:40. I called back at 5:15 he told me that I would have to reschedule because I didn't answer the phone. I explained that the last time I used them they never called nor stated that they would be calling. I then told him that one ever came by my house and that he needed to state that they will not give you service if you don't answer your phone, forget the fact that I've been waiting since 3:45 and needed about 400 dollars worth of work done to 2 bathrooms.I do not recommend using this company they are unprofessional and have sloppy customer service.

I just called this local vendor for my Fayetteville residence. I’m guessing that the rude on call plumber I was speaking with resides in Lumberton. He refuses to come out to my house for service because he didn’t have any notice from my property management. In the email I received from my rental company it stated to give the vendor (1-800-PLUMBING) a call if haven’t heard from them in 2 days. I followed through and this lazy dude said if I wasn’t gonna pay the bill then he ain’t coming. He could of just nicely said “ Ma’am I will come out for the service tomorrow and you can front the bill to your rental company”. Instead of him trying to even be courteous, he chose to be a complete upsetting phone call. I’m also upset with my rental company for not supposedly contacting the vendor. Both owe me an explanation for this mishap.
