Last week, my tank on the water pump was stolen. Thanks to McKenzie Plumbing, I have it replaced. A few days later, I notice a pulsing in the water and it shut off in the middle of my shower. I called McKenzie Plumbing on Monday, Mac came out Tuesday Morning in pain from a back injury. He found a partial blockage and fixed it. Very professional and dedicated to customer service. Lost power early Christmas Eve morning. Light in the pump house was out and the water I left running to prevent freezing stopped. When the power came on my pump motor was running, but no water. Called McKenzie Plumbing and the office staff put me in touch with Mac who tried to come that day, but didn't have all the parts he needed for the repair. I was disappointed, but not unprepared for that eventuality. He made the repairs the Monday after Christmas and did an great job. He was willing to go the extra mile and I greatly appreciate that! We called McKenzie Plumbing to clear a blockage in our pipes after having drainage issues with our tub, toilets and shower one evening. They were very responsive and came out to help within an hour of us calling at 7:30 pm. Ed was awesome!! He was very kind, professional, and got us fixed up in no time.
