From when Phillip knocked on my door and introduced himself and told me about his company, he has been honest and upfront about everything. He walked me through the process step by step. Everything he said he would do, he has done. I explained that I did not want to be beat again and he assured me that he would not mislead me in any way not only because we lived in the same town and might run into each other and I bash him but he just was not that type of person.
