ATD Roofing

Everything was fine - the roof inspection/assessment process went smoothly - until we made the prepayment (half of the total cost). We were promised to get a call/email in a few days to schedule the date and time, bur nobody contacted us for more than a week. We then reached out our project manager, and were told to wait more. Still nothing. We called and emailed again, but were either ignored or promised to get a call from them soon. We contacted the main office to resolve our issue, but it didn't help still. After a lot of time and energy waisted on this nonsense, we had to give up and request the refund which we got. Their excuse was that they couldn't find contractors for our project. Okay. But why did they give us certain timeframes, and most importantly took a prepayment?. Service: Roof inspection

To say we were skeptical about trusting anyone to do our roof is an understatement. We are first time home owners and we are extremely particular about who does projects on our home. Many people stopped by to give us a roof estimate and we would say no right away. The first time we met with Clayton from ATD Restoration we knew we could trust him and this company. They were involved EVERY step of the way. We were able to call/message Clayton with any questions that we had. He was very responsive and extremely helpful. We are overly happy with our results. I would like to thank Phillip Folsom with ATD Restoration for the excellent service he provided. So many times in the past, I have been beaten by people when making big decisions. From when Phillip knocked on my door and introduced himself and told me about his company, he has been honest and upfront about everything. He walked me through the process step by step. Everything he said he would do, he has done. I explained that I did not want to be beat again and he assured me that he would not mislead me in any way not only because we lived in the same town and might run into each other and I bash him but he just was not that type of person. After the installation of my new roof, I noticed some damage from the wooding in my bonus room and he offered to come pick up the pieces because he didn’t have a heavy duty vacuum and he didn’t want to leave it like that.
