Paul was the most diligent service man I have seen in a long time. His attention to detail was outstanding. It will be hard in my next service to compare his work. I would like him to do all my services in the future. Good man.
We have had Bass Air come out twice now. Once for a routine check. Another time when our air wasn't working James was our tech both times. He was friendly, punctual and helpful each time! He helped us fix the issue and got us on a routine service plan to prevent it from happening in the future. Thanks to Bass Air, and especially to James! Great service.
