Called them at noon and was told that they would come out Wednesday. About 2 hrs later, the lady called and was very nice and told me they had cancellation and would like to send someone out. I appreciated that. The man that came ( I think Dylan) was very courteous and professional.The price was reasonable. I know that we will use Deon Arnold's again for any future repairs. I needed someone to come out and fill my Freon. I had my system check by my uncle who is a certified HVAC tech but since he's from out of state he couldn't fill it. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone, who was less than courteous, and she set up the appointment but told me there would still be a diagnostics charge... The day of came and the told me they would be there first thing in the morning. So I figured around 9 or so. At 1030 I call and the receptionist told me he was just finishing up another job and he should be there shortly. At 1130 I called back to check on his status and was told that he will get there when the previous job is done. He finally arrived about 1245-1pm. He came in checked that there was no pressure in the system and filled with Freon. The Technician was courteous and professional from what I was told. I had to work but I was able to get a friend to take the morning and wait for the tech. My bill was $405. Freon is not cheap but he did
