Fantastic experience with Big Timber Roofing. Big Timber (Brian) had given us an estimate back in February to replace our roof after a hail storm. We decided not to go forward since the damage wasn't too bad. After the last hurricane, we contacted our insurance provider who had a website for precleared roofers. The one they gave us would not give us an estimate but wanted us to sign/initial a "work order" which was basically a blank check. We called Brian to come back to look at the roof again. He stood by his previous estimate and so we hired his crew. They were done in 2 days and we could not be happier with the results. Brian was very attentive and returned our calls quickly and answered our questions. The roofing crew were professional, respectful and did an excellent job. Couldn't be more happy.
