We needed duct work and also decided to upgrade our thermostat. Tavon, our technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rip us off or have any unnecessary work done. Was very honest and knew his stuff. Also the two gentlemen that did the duct work were very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend! Our AC went out on Saturday- we call Monday morning and they were able to come out at noon the same day. It was a quick repair, very professional and clear on the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. Highly recommend!
Our AC unit was blowing hot air and not cooling. We decided to call Service Edge instead of our home warranty which can take several days if not weeks for a technician to show up. We were able to schedule an appointment with Service Edge for the same day, and they sent out a technician within just a couple of hours. The Technician had over 40 years of experience, and was able to diagnose and fix our AC issue in just about 5 minutes of his arrival. He was very friendly and professional. We will definitely call them again if we ever need urgent service. Service: HVAC system repair
