Called on a Saturday and someone picked up right away….. the technician came the next day and looked at the system and the vents. And on Tuesday the company came back to clean my vents and had the system back up and running better than before. Very professional gentlemen and they also provided me with some information on how to keep the system clean and the best thing out there for my home. Thank you!!!
Mr. Eddie G. is a mild mannered air conditioning super hero. He explained what repairs were needed and offered me multiple solutions in terms of cost. I felt respected/ not pressured. Had some issues with my AC and Tavon was great... courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My system is older and he explained future options without the usual high pressure tactics, which I appreciated. What can I say, he did everything right and I'd definitely use this company again.
