After the storm last fall that damaged tens of thousands of homes around NC and other states, our house fared no better. It could have been much worse, but Zach Scalera from Empire Roofing and Restoration literally saved our house from falling apart with his veteran experience in the field and business expertise. Back to the beginning of it all, a pleasant insurance adjustor from USAA came out and looked our house over, gave his initial assessment to USAA, and later a check came in the mail for a couple thousand to pay for what looked like a couple shingles missing from the roof and other slight water damage. We didn't think it sounded quite right so we contacted Empire Roof and Restoration as we'd seen them finishing alot of roofs in our neighborhood very quickly. Zach answered the call. Truly a “Blessed” recovery working with Empire Roofing (ER), Tom’s team not only did a terrific job repairing our home from Hurricane Micheal but also taught us to have them onboard before working with our insurance company that delayed us to rebuilding our house back to our home again. We can’t say enough “Thanks Tom” for working with our insurance company and restoreing our home. As Tom said, “Pictures won’t do you justice, you have to see it for yourself” and we agree!

I'm not one to leave review's but this is a business worth leaving one for. We initially started the process with MND construction for our roof due to damage from hurricane Florence in Fayetteville. The FIRST specialist from the MND construction that came to look at our roof and AND the actual sales office would not return my calls after I informed them what our insurance was going to cover. (Insurance was just going to cover patch work) so needless to say, that company wasn't willing to put any effort to fight this with our insurance carrier. Now.... Zach Scalera with ER roofing would not accept what our insurance company said they were going to cover. He put in the TIME and effort with our insurance company and even had a second adjuster come out to our home to justify the reasoning for a full roof replacement.
