Marcus was absolutely amazing! All 3 of my bathrooms had to be redone and he helped me through the entire process, making it as painless as possible. He was extremely knowledgeable on not only the actual plumbing side but on the insurance side as well. He helped me file my claim properly and efficiently and once my claim got approved they immediately got to work. He was a great communicator and was great at keeping me in the loop. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a kind, patient, knowledgeable human to help them through this stressful process. Thank you so much Marcus!!!
Mike, Blake and Jay were the absolute best in responding to my crisis. On a Saturday where every plumber says they operate 24 hrs I was only able to secure a last minute appointment with Roto Rooter. They took care of me from beginning to end and even addressed some other issues that I would have in the near future and recommend that I take care of soon. I highly recommend these three as they were very professional and answered every questioned that I asked. Service: Drain cleaning
Roto Rooter is a really great company! I enjoyed working with them; it was really effortless. I called a few places before I gave them a call and they were the only ones that got back to me and immediately addressed my plumbing problems which is a testament to their customer service! I first met Nathan, then Jay and let me just say they were respectful and warm. Jay was very thorough and explained the whole water mitigation process and also called our insurance company to explain everything to them. It was a seamless process. The guys that demoed my bathroom were phenomenal. They worked in an extremely hot house and just respected my house and belongings. The guys were humble and honest and I just felt really good about them being in the house and just trusting that they knew what to do. I am about 7 months pregnant and I slept the whole time they were there lol and let me just say they were extremely quiet and I did not hear them even conversing. They were really here to do their job
