Roto-Rooter has been awesome. Todd who was our main technician plumber and Johnathan have been so reliable and provided excellent and professional services. When something happened on previous work, they were quick to come back to the house and fix the problem. When you live away, you need dependable and they gave me some peace of mind. The team ensured that water pressure and access was restored inside the house after outside job was completed. A complete walk through was given by one of the guys...turning every faucet and flushing every toilet...also showers and bathtub. Mike, Blake and Jay were the absolute best in responding to my crisis. On a Saturday where every plumber says they operate 24 hrs I was only able to secure a last minute appointment with Roto Rooter. They took care of me from beginning to end and even addressed some other issues that I would have in the near future and recommend that I take care of soon.
