Had a great experience, scheduling was easy and the technicians arrived quickly for the estimate and the service. Blake provided the estimate and instilled confidence in his and the company’s abilities.A few days later, Todd and Blake installed the water heater and were consummate professionals. They were detail oriented throughout the installation and easily answered all of my questions while explaining what they were doing and how the components of the water heater functioned. We called on a Saturday and needed someone ASAP due to water build up in our sink from being clogged and didn’t want to wait until Monday. Blake called me immediately after I requested for a technician in my area and he was polite, courteous, and professional. He was considerate of the urgency for my request and even though he had two other requests that took longer than usual, he still was willing to come by in the evening. He arrived for the job at 9 pm and still had a positive and enthusiastic attitude. He was engaging and gave me tips to prevent the issue in the future.
