Extremely pleased with the work and service of Mr. Saunders. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problems quickly and took his time doing the work. He explained all of the problems very thoroughly.

I recently needed work done on my AC. So I remembered that I had work done at my old house from Mr Saunders, which was done at a great price and in timely manner. The first time I used him, it was on a football Sunday. I was very surprised with how fast he showed up, since it was outside of normal hours. For the amount of work needed, and the service being done “after hours”, I couldn’t believe how good the price was. This time when I called, it was during normal hours. But he still came by very quick, and got the service I needed done in a short time, along with a very fair price. I would recommend NAS Heating and Air to anybody. I have been very pleased both times Mr Saunders came to fix my ac/heating issues. Nobody wants their house to be hot or cold long due to a unit not working. Mr Saunders understands the importance of getting your service running properly ASAP.

Left job unfinished and its been well over 3 weeks. I call, I text then no response. I paid all but 300 on the job and he left his refrigerant cylinder and tools to reassure me that he would be back. The next day around 8 am I saw him sneak back, grab his stuff and I haven't heard from since. Came off as an honest guy. This stinks.
