Do not waste your money! You'll be paying for gross incompetence. We hired TO to fix a leaky spout in the tub on a Friday afternoon. They came out & told us it would be $215 to replace some parts. After tinkering around for about an hour, they came back and said the whole thing needed to be replaced which they couldn't do so they'd only charge the service fee ($65) for today. They could come back another day and fix the valve for $600. I went back in the bathroom after they left only to find that the once small drip was now a steady trickle. I shut the water off to the whole house - the trickle slowed to a steady drip. We tried to call them back & told them "Hey, not only were you unable to fix the issue. But you made it extensively worse." Their response was "Yeah, the valve was bound to go out eventually. I'll send you the estimate, let me know if you want to finance the repair costs." I had a problem with low water pressure throughout my house and this team of professionals didn’t stop till they found the source of the problem and they took care of it. They were in constant contact and informed me of their progress every step of the way. They were reasonably priced , did quality work and explained everything to me.
