Mr. Bass responded to our home warranty claim quickly. He personally came out the next day and assessed our situation of a failed water heater. We had a few options and choose to upgrade our system with him. We were fortunate he had availability in our area the next day and in 2 hours was in and out. Mr. Bass and his assistant were so fun to chat with and I found them both to be so knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Bass will be the first call we make for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend his services!

Great customer service goes a long way. Mr. Bass went above and beyond. Had a leaking garbage disposal. Went through my home warranty to have it fixed. They scheduled and came out in a matter 48 hrs. That’s pretty awesome for me. Thank you for the promptness and thanks for alleviating my stress levels.
