Great customer service goes a long way. Mr. Bass went above and beyond. Had a leaking garbage disposal. Went through my home warranty to have it fixed. They scheduled and came out in a matter 48 hrs. That’s pretty awesome for me. Thank you for the promptness and thanks for alleviating my stress levels.

Would rate 0 if I could. Took 1.5 almost 2 weeks for them to even send someone out, then instead of calling like he was told repeatedly to do in order to have the house unlocked, he shows up, sees the house is locked, and leaves. I can think of very little in this world that would make me happier than this company going under

I tried calling multiple times to set up an appointment with this company to get plumbing work done. I only reached out to them because that is who my home warranty suggested. They scheduled an appointment to come and fix my plumbing issues THREE times and each time no one showed up/ nor did they call me to settle this matter. I am so surprised that a business would be this unprofessional to actually set up appointments and then never show up or offer an apology. Very disappointed.
