I called RS Mechanical for service about 2pm, found out they merged with 6&Fix. They had a tech out by 630, who ran a diagnostic on my AC and discovered the issue and was able to find out my unit was still under warranty from RSM. Carter was friendly and very informative each step of the way ???? *********update****** Closing in on two weeks since initial call and still waiting on 6&F to get their hands on the part needed. Not fixed yet
I called on a Saturday and Jason was able to come out same day. The issue needed a part that had to be ordered, but he was able to make the AC work while we waited for the part. He returned a few days later, but the unit ended up needing another part after the first issue was fixed. He got that part and returned same day (very quickly). Everything is working well! The service was quick and Jason was clear with his explanations. Would highly recommend! Service: A/C system repair
