Steven came several times to examine my old roof before I knew if I could pay for it any time soon. He also spent time taking photos that helped. Thankfully, a non profit replaced the basic roof. Steve and his team finished essential work the the roofers didn't do, such as repairing indoor leaks and replacing the non functional gutter system with an efficient new system. Steve is so bright and personable and he tells all the options because he understands that every person has a different financial situation. He really cares. Last week I saw that I may have an issue with a shingle in a Valley on the front of my house. Did a search, and decided to call Steven. That was yesterday 7/26, he was on site at 1:30 sharp today 7/27. He observed the issue, got up on the roof right then and took care what needed to be done, and looked over the entire roof. Subsequently we talked about the overall condition and projected longevity of the roof. Steven provided good information and insight, as to what may be needed at a not to distant future... I am beyond pleased with every aspect of my contact and interaction with him, and am confident that I will be back in touch with him as greater needs arise. A really good experience.

This company is one of the best in the Triangle. Steve Batty, the owner, is very professional, personable, and eager to help his customers address their roof repair issues in a timely fashion. Steve completed a free and thorough inspection of my roof, provided an expert explanation/quote of the work needed, walked me through the ordering process, and then had his crew complete the job in an extremely timely fashion. The crew took extra care to ensure my house and the surrounding yard were protected from damage while they worked. His crew was also insured and licensed. The result was a beautiful new roof that spurred two other neighbors to also replace their roofs. I appreciate this company and highly recommend it for other homeowners.
