While the technician was at my house there were several problems identified, including a leaking toilet and a bent stopper for the bathtub. The technician did not fix either of those issues and was rude. I was charged $800 for the attachment of a waste disposal pipe under the sink and the assessment fee. Grossly overpriced for minimal work. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Garbage disposal repair
The gentleman working in my business was professional and nice that’s why they even get 2 stars ,however the company is so disorganized. They had me scheduled 2x just to tell me the same day all the paper work wasn’t in line. It’s a shame, the prices they charge they could have more structure. Paid $2400 to unclog floor drain, 5 days later, same thing. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. They gave me estimate and told me same day of work, it was too cheap. Stay clear.
The plumber, Wesley, was here in time and did a great job at finding the problem and fixing it right away!!! Definitely will use them again!!!! Service: Toilet repair
