Cornerstone Comfort Heating & Cooling

I had my Trane unit installed by Cornerstone Comfort in 2016. Have had it serviced every 6 months and have always had great service techs. My last service was no exception. Marques was knowledgeable and had a great personality. While he was he was at my home he also installed a Phenomenal Aire cold plasma generator on the unit to improve the inside air quality. Excellent service... Prompt, fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable... Trenton diagnosed the problem just from my description of what the outdoor unit was doing. He had us running again in no time; and I feel confident in his work, and that I didn't get overcharged. And... I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to buy my good review, like some other service people do -- offering a discount if I give them a good review. I hate that, and it kills trust. But he didn't do that... He EARNED a good review by doing a good job at a reasonable price. If I need service again, I'll definitely call Cornerstone Comfort again.

My system wasn’t cooling. I gave they a call due to a referral from friend. The ladies on the phone were very sweet, understanding and responsive. They were able to get me schedule the same day. The techs, Andrew and Cody, came out, inspected my system and promptly identified the issue. They were able to get me back up and running in a couple of hours.
