Excellent service... Prompt, fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable... Trenton diagnosed the problem just from my description of what the outdoor unit was doing. He had us running again in no time; and I feel confident in his work, and that I didn't get overcharged. And... I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to buy my good review, like some other service people do -- offering a discount if I give them a good review. I hate that, and it kills trust. But he didn't do that... He EARNED a good review by doing a good job at a reasonable price. If I need service again, I'll definitely call Cornerstone Comfort again.

My first experience with cornerstone comfort was excellent! I contacted them for a HV AC maintenance call and was able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. The cost was competitive and I selected to purchase their maintenance agreement which was a great value! The technician was friendly knowledgeable and arrived on time.
