The service was amazing, and the technician was knowledgeable and most courteous. Had a problem with the A/C and it fixed within hours of the first call; even on Saturday in July! Highly recommended.
I had warranty work done. It was scheduled for 4 to 6PM. He arrived at 3:15PM. There was an email to let me know he was on his way. Bill, the technician, was extremely professional and informative. I enjoy working with Rudy Cools.
