We had a nightmare of a time getting our AC repaired. We had another company come out and took 2 weeks, only to order the wrong part and leave us still without AC. We called Rudy Cools on a Wednesday afternoon and by Friday had a brand new unit installed for over half the price of a competitor's quote! Highly, highly recommend!! Service: Installation
Purchased a new customer tune-up special for $69 that was to include a diagnostic exam as to why it wasn’t cooling. Tech fixed the issue prior to homeowner’s approval which has placed me in a major financial bind considering I was only expecting $72 with tax and bill ended up being $245. I had warranty work done. It was scheduled for 4 to 6PM. He arrived at 3:15PM. There was an email to let me know he was on his way. Bill, the technician, was extremely professional and informative. I enjoy working with Rudy Cools.
