Daniel was very nice, professional and cordial. Was even able to arrive earlier than expected, fixed the leak and gave me very solid advice.
Reggie is the man. Very friendly and knows his job. Did an outstanding job and my dog likes him also. If I ever not plumbing again I will call Massey Plumbing and ask for Reggie. Thanks for your service and a pleasant experience. Have a bless day.
I called them and the technician Travis set me an appointment at 9am for this morning. When he was an hour late, I called to remind them of my apt. He called me back to tell me he was not coming anymore since it was a holiday weekend. I should have been told that yesterday before given a set appointment. I had someone else that was willing to come but I wanted to honor the appointment I made with Massey. Now I have a leak and it's the weekend trying to fund someone else
