Precise Conditions

I called in an issue I was having with my AC not blowing cold at 8am on a Monday morning. Just so happened Roger with Precise Conditions was down the road from me working on a commercial job. He finished up and headed my way, diagnosed my AC issue, replaced the failed parts and had me up and running by 9am. Great guy, Great company! Service: A/C system repair

We had a hvac company we loved but when we went to American Home Shield, we lost our choice of service provider. They assigned Precise Conditions for our first service call with them and to say I was worried about what we were getting ourselves into would be an understatement. Who wants change when you’ve got a good thing going?? Well, I can say at this point that Roger from Precise is the man. He’s been here maybe 3 times for different reasons and I’ve got nothing but good things to say. From response time, professionalism, friendliness, knowledge….he’s got it all. I would recommend Roger and Precise Conditions to anyone needing HVAC work done. As much as we loved our previous service provider, if we ever decide to ditch American Home Shield we’d still probably make our first call to Roger. Outstanding service. With that said, if Roger himself wasn’t coming out, I’d probably go back to our other guy. Roger is the man! Service: HVAC system repair

Roger was amazing! He went over everything in details and even double checked over all his work. Service was great! Very professional and didn't bring in mud or dirty entering in and out of the home.
