Called T Smith Plumbing at the last minute after another contractor backed out to fix leaks in the bathroom and the kitchen. The owner was professional and more than accommodating. My experience was horrible, my rental told me that the faucet was leaking so I got in contact with this company, I must admit they came out right away. I then got a text saying it was leaking but they never asked if they could cut open my hallway wall, my renter was the one that told me. They did fix it but left a huge hole that they then informed me they know someone who could "fix" it. But the worse part was the bill, my fault for not asking first. Almost $700.00 for a hour being there, then wanted me to make check out to him personally...I said NO!!! I asked another plumber what they would have charged and they said 100-150 Now I need to put out more money to get drywall fixed. I will not use again or recommend.
