I had a serious issue at my rental house. The water heater had been knocked over, its stand was damaged, and carbon monoxide was getting into the house. I had gotten a quote from another plumber, that I thought was ridiculous. I googled plumbers in Gastonia, NC., then called TS plumbing and contractors. It was the start of the memorial day weekend, but Tony went out that day told and me that he had stopped the carbon monoxide from getting into the house and gave me a quote that sounded very reasonable. He also said he would apply the cost of the service call to the cost of the repair. He ordered parts and completed the repair within a couple of days. He was professional, prompt, friendly. I would recommend his services to anyone I encounter who needs the services he offers.
