I have been a customer of Air Quality’s since 2004. I have a maintenance agreement with them. Roger replaced my furnace in February and it has been one issue after the next. It is hard to get Roger to return my phone calls and when he does he is very rude and condescending. I have called the office on several occasions to schedule my service and the phone either rings and rings or it goes to a answering service and I never get a call back. The lady in the office is clueless. They finally schedule my AC service in July and the man who came out didn’t even take the dip out of his mouth before he spoke to me. Don’t know what’s going on with this company but I have moved my business to Air Treatment.
Cannot get them to call back for repair. Pump is less than 6 months old.
Dependable and honest business.. Work was completed as contracted and Roger advised of any issues that may occur during the installation. Highly recommend this business. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
