Berico Heating and Air Conditioning

When my air conditioner/furnace stopped working, I called Berico! They came immediately, installed the new units professionally and courteously!! They gave me a really good price, too! When I had an issue a few years later, they sent someone after hours who was able to fix the problem on that very hot night!! I am very pleased with their maintenance program and the professionalism of their staff!!

I really can't give a great review because I'm very new to the company, like only almost 1 month in. But, what I've experienced so far has been good. I had a problem to where more gas had to be added in the tank & by my choice, the driver came early the next day to fill tank. They were willing to come out that particular night but I choose the next day. The ladies at the office are very friendly to talk to & try to solve any issues you may be having at the time. So far so good...

Berico replaced our upstairs AC unit, which was 25 years old. The technician told us it was a record! The installation went smoothly. I was especially impressed at how the staff worked with my husband who is wheelchair bound. All the Berico staff were helpful and took pictures of the work being done, so he felt a part of the project. They were also patient and listened to his ideas.
