My AC stopped working in the evening soni called berico in which they said they would have someone there within the hour. Got a call from the tech Karim Gourari whi said he was on his way. He was professional and friendly. Found the problem quickly and took the time to show me what had happened. I was very pleased and will continue to use Berico in the future.
Berico replaced our upstairs AC unit, which was 25 years old. The technician told us it was a record! The installation went smoothly. I was especially impressed at how the staff worked with my husband who is wheelchair bound. All the Berico staff were helpful and took pictures of the work being done, so he felt a part of the project. They were also patient and listened to his ideas.
