To begin with, Balex sent texts and emails to keep us updated on when the work would occur and who was coming to the house. This was so helpful. Miguel and Tony were professional, efficient, and hard working. They did alot of work in multiple rooms in a short amount of time. They also cleaned up after themselves as they went along! That was very respectful and much appreciated. They didnt need to perform one extra wiring installation and were able to decrease our cost by $500! The overall cost seemed very reasonable. Installation and testing was just completed by Balex for our Generac 24kW natural gas whole-house generator and transfer switch. I was very satisfied with every aspect of this project from start to finish. Service: Electrical wiring installation

I will start by saying the company was very prompt and responsive, I called and they had someone out to the house within an hour which was amazing. My husband texted me at work to say several outlets stopped working and he couldn't not get them working flipping the breaker. I called Balex and requested someone come, the receptionist said there would be a 70 dollar charge for the house call which was fine, they would take a look and discuss any charges for needed repairs, could probably fix same day, all sounded great. When the technician showed up he then proceeded to tell my husband that he would have to charge $600 dollars for the diagnostic because my house is older, which should have been told on the phone originally if this is standard practice, he did tell us that that would cover the cost of any basic repairs they may have to do so I agreed for him to proceed because we were really in a bind, I was worried it was something seriously wrong, and I just wanted it dealt with.
