We had a great experience with the Greensboro team. They are easy to schedule with, good communicators and prompt for appointments. Garrison was friendly and professional. We really appreciated how clearly he documented and explained the issue with our equipment - as well as how he walked us through our potential solutions and the different pros/cons of the options at different price points. Garrison and his team did fantastic work and left the area and equipment looking better than it did before (seriously - they tidied up and improved the space around the external units).
