I initially chose Michael and Son because of price. They were the 7th company that I contacted for complete HVAC replacement. 6 of the previous companies were ridiculously overpriced and the 7th company refused to accept the job altogether. My HVAC unit was over 20 years old and had finally given out. Because of the prices that I had received, I was resigned to not replacing the system and just dealing with box and ceiling fans. Michael and Son was recommended to me because of their financing options and their prices. I contacted Michael and Son and was visited by Nick. The difference was immediately noticeable. Nick was sincere, honest, and trustworthy. It was like he was an old family friend. Obviously, I signed a contract with Nick and have not been disappointed. It took about a week to get the installation and Nick provided me with a portable air conditioning unit until the system was installed. We had a great experience with the Greensboro team. They are easy to schedule with, good communicators and prompt for appointments. Garrison was friendly and professional. We really appreciated how clearly he documented and explained the issue with our equipment - as well as how he walked us through our potential solutions and the different pros/cons of the options at different price points. Garrison and his team did fantastic work and left the area and equipment looking better than it did before (seriously - they tidied up and improved the space around the external units).
