Cardinal Aire

I can't express how wonderful this company is. We went without heat for 10 days due to our landlord NOT being responsive, I called and Laurie was familiar with the company we rent from and was able to get a tech to us immediately. She was able to take the stress of communicating with our landlord for payment so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. She went above and beyond! The techs that came out were amazing and fixed previous mistakes that were made to this unit. It took less than 2 hours and we had heat! I was so happy I wanted to hug them for being so amazing. I highly recommend Cardinal Aire. This was actually my second time working with this company. First was through my home warranty, and second was individually. They provided exceptional service – punctual, professional and courteous. Ken, Ricky, and Zach are very knowledgeable and explained the repairs in a way that I could understand. They made sure I understood what needed to be replaced and why. I will continue to work with Cardinal Aire for any future HVAC issues, and trust them implicitly.

Cardinal Aire (Ken) is top notch! First of all, they are punctual! Secondly, their customer service is second to none (Laura is phenomenal)! I called yesterday and was given an appointment for today. He came out diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and had my air fixed within 30 mins! I will recommend them to everyone. I most definitely will use them again!
