I can not tell you how wonderful the Edward's & Mills plumbers are! Beyond excellent customer service. I had an actively leaking toilet. Donnie with customer service was helpful and reassuring they would be able to come out to help me. The plumber showed up quickly. Diagnosis the problem and repaired it effectively. I felt their charges were fair and they provided me with an itemized bill. This is the way business should be done. Thank you. I have a new plumber for life! Service: Toilet repair

I hate to give ONE star, but after so much frustration I have to. The team of Edwards & Mills came to fix a few things in my house. There was a toilet. They told me it was an easy fix, new parts. After one day, the toilet started running water again. They came back and gave me a new handle that is backwards - and the toilet worked for about 6x days. Then the water continuously ran again. I called again, and now they tell me I need a new toilet and they would call me back. That was ten days ago. I have called at least 5x times asking what is next, but they have not called back and have left me with a running water, broken toilet. Mind you, they are also VERY expensive. In the end, this has been a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend them at all. Service: Toilet repair

Customer service is terrible! The man berated us as the customer for their inability to properly take down information, calling me a liar. We were having trouble finding a plumber in an emergency situation, the man I talked to said it was our fault that we could not find someone to help us. After being extremely rude the man then wanted our credit card information before they would even schedule an appointment or confirm they could actually do the work. Would not recommend this company.
