Very disappointed in recent communication and pricing from this company. After speaking with the owner of this company and several others for a grill project, we decided to go with this company because they receive glowing reviews on the next-door app and the owner assured us they were incredibly price competitive and worked fast. Our mistake After several missed opportunities to come to the house to either quote and or start the job (multiple missed chances), we finally received an estimate and a start date. We believed it to be very high, however we trusted the reviews. And, we don’t run gas lines for a living… And the owner gave us some explanations of expensive parts. When the techs arrived, we were told it was a hard fast price (we understood it to be an estimate, not a contract) i called to allow the owner a chance to make it right, however, he was very defensive and said that if we were to switch to labor and materials it may actually cost us more. Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received. Service: Water heater repair

Customer service is terrible! The man berated us as the customer for their inability to properly take down information, calling me a liar. We were having trouble finding a plumber in an emergency situation, the man I talked to said it was our fault that we could not find someone to help us. After being extremely rude the man then wanted our credit card information before they would even schedule an appointment or confirm they could actually do the work. Would not recommend this company.
