I called Triad when I needed some siding repaired immediately because the wind was making it worse. Chris came out that day and repaired it for me. He also took the time to do it right as he had to go back to his shop for the right length nails. I can't tell you how much his responsiveness and doing it right meant to me as we were very worried about the siding. Thanks again Chris!!

Very disorganized! I had this company come out to est windows and siding. Estimator arrived on time and was great with communications. However, that’s where to good ended. Estimator measured and discussed options: we settled on our selection which was windows, siding, and doors. When he was done, he walked up to me and verbally told me the estimate. When I asked for copy of the estimate to review, he said he had nothing to give me but could just “text me those numbers” and if I wanted to proceed a contact would be sent to me so I could provide the down payment. . Never texted me anything and never received anything. 3 days later I got a follow up call. I was polite, but stated I couldn’t use them because I needed a written est. The lady said “we can absolutely send you an est.” Great! 3 days pass and I don’t receive anything so I text the lady to let her know. Finally get an email. Est is correct in the price that was verbally communicated, but is missing the doors and included shutte
