Beware. Extremely shady business practices. This contractor billed me for double the lumber materials required for my build and the other half of the materials were simply mysteriously missing upon completion of the project. He furnished no plausible explanation for miscalculating I would need double the materials required, but thankfully the court system saw the dishonesty in his business practices and forced him to give me a credit. This person bills $750/day for he and his assistant to work on projects. In my experience, this means they may only show up for 5 hours of a workday and due to the letter of the law they are able to charge you a full $750 per day if they even show up on the work site. This is apparently true if they simply make an appearance. He took full advantage of this loophole in the letter of the law. Buyer beware.

Victor was very easy to deal with. He advised me to fix my storm doors instead of replacing them. That cost me a fraction of what I initially thought it would. Doors work perfect now. Glad to still honest hard working men out there.
