Fire and Ice Heating and Cooling

I got a recommendation for this company from Home Advisor. Joe called me immediately and set up an appointment for the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and was very knowledgeable and patient as he gave me an in depth explanation. The estimate was free and in line with others I had gotten. We set another appointment on Monday morning, but he called Friday afternoon and was able to come and complete my repair. Thanks to his great service we now have a working air conditioner. I'm very grateful to him for making that happen. 11/2/2021 Because I had gotten such great service from Fire and Ice in the past, I chose them to do a whole system installation for me. It involved converting oil to gas heating, installing a new furnace and air conditioner, and installing new ducts. Joseph is honest, fair and knowledgeable. I’ve had his services on 2 separate occasions— to install gas fireplace logs and to service a malfunctioned AC unit. During both visits, he was able to not only tell me but show me what was going to be done and recommended other services as needed. He arrived to my place within an hour and was reasonably priced.
