I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish. Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way. We have two dogs and two cats; and these guys even made the animals feel important and special. I’m a forever customer with Go Green due to these three men and their professionalism, expertise, and communication.

No one is happy when their AC is out during hot weather, but Adam and the Go Green experience was the absolute best! Adam is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He is an awesome technician and represents the company extremely well. You guys have a great business model going here with constant communication from the staff and such talented employees. Treating customers with respect and exhibiting a genuine desire to help appears to be the culture with Go Green. Great job!

Go Green was a great experience. From the start by arranging or scheduling a service call. They let you know who with a picture to who is coming before arriving (security). When the technician arrives they listen to what the issue is before making recommendations. Once they assess and correct the issue(s) then courteously they ask if you may have any other concerns. They even came with boot covers before entering your home. Again Thank you Go Green Team and I will be seeing again for the maintenance. Much success.
