Go Green Plumbing, Heating and Air

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish. Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way. We have two dogs and two cats; and these guys even made the animals feel important and special. I’m a forever customer with Go Green due to these three men and their professionalism, expertise, and communication.

We were intermittently experiencing issues with our less than one-year old Navien tankless water heater. It would intermittently stop bringing hot water to some of our faucets and showers. When Jacob from Go Green came, I was relieved that he not only understood the problem, but immediately began to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills during the diagnostic phase. Once Jacob determined that some of our hot water faucets and showers were not making a call to the water heater, he then got on the phone with Navien support to determine what part was causing the problem. When he came in to update me, he had already negotiated with Navien on how much they would pay toward the labor to replace the part. Jacob then got on the phone with his manager to explain our situation and worked out what we thought was a fair price to us for what Navien would not cover. Thank you Caleb for being an awesome dude! Everything was explained to us and we understood in detail what needed to be done. Unfortunately my family didn't want to continue with the fix due to being them being cheapskates. But the price was fair for the level of professionalism and care that was given. We'll probably see them again soon honestly with us now having plumbing issues due to my family not addressing the issue earlier. No other company has been like go green. Highly recommended.
