Excellent well ran company! We recently had a broken AC unit and called High Point and they came straight to my house there shortly and had it fixed and up and running within the hour! The workers and owner was very nice and professional. Will definitely be using them moving forward! Service: A/C system repair
After 30 days & close to 5K - we are still waiting on completion of 2 work orders/projects. Communication with this company is less than poor. No updates. Calls are not returned. My only recourse is to begin legal proceedings for reimbursement of our monies. -Chef Timothy Grandinetti, Winston-Salem
