Chris did a great job installing the new kitchen faucet. He arrived less than 2 hours after we called for service and was very professional completing the job. Answered all our questions and left the job clean and taking all the trash.

Our AC stopped working mid July which is not ideal at all. I put in a request with Central Carolina AC late at night and they called me first thing the next day with the ability to send someone out the same day! Our technician was David and his kindness, professionalism and detail in explaining what went wrong led us to really trust him, and thus, the company. We signed up for their annual program which includes routine maintenance to prevent any further issues. Very impressed with David and I highly recommend this company!

This company is worth every penny. The service is outstanding. The products are great quality. The staff is professional, prompt, and thorough.
