UPDATE - Owner finally called me after weeks of this review. He offered to paint my door at no additional charge. I declined. However, he did reach out to make this right. I hired them to patch some drywall 10" by 10" piece on the living room ceiling. Along with that they were to to paint the ceiling, replace a door and paint the door. The original estimate was $1.100. No big deal, let's get it done. The workers did a GREAT job on the painting and dry wall of the ceiling. However, they did not paint the door. When they handed my wife the bill, it was $1381. Again, no big deal. However, she did not realize they did not complete the door. I called and talked to the customer service agent whom I coordinated everything with. I even got the receipt showing "paint door $190" which was not done. She promised to look into it, and we made an appointment for 6/16 at 11am to finish the job. I used Mr Handyman for gutter cleaning services and was overcharged for 30 minutes that the technician sat in his car before the job. I called the owner and he said that GPS shows the tech parked in front of my house at 8:30 so the charges seem appropriate. Obviously GPS cannot show that the technician did not approach the house to start work until 9am. At 10:07am the tech had me sign a document on his tablet stating the job was complete, but he did not show me the previous page which had the invoice. He told me the invoice would be emailed to me later so I could call to make a payment. I believe he deliberately did not show me the invoice because I would have never signed that the job took 1.5 hours to complete. $277 for cleaning 88ft of gutters on a one story house is ridiculous. I do not want to get on the roof (which is why I called them) so I am not able to inspect if the job was completed satisfactorily. I will not be using their services again. Service: Gutter cleaning

We had 5 ceiling fans installed plus a new front door handle. The contractor who completed the work was very professional and very knowledgeable and did a great job with fair pricing. We will definitely use them for our next project. Service: Fan installation
