Our HVAC seemed to be struggling during the really hot days so we called Hartz H&C. They were very fast to respond and stop by the house. The technician, Josh, was extremely transparent with everything he was checking making sure he explained the possible faults. He was able to identify the issue quickly and honestly. Service call cost is reasonable. We would definitely recommend Hartz H&C to anyone.

We woke up to no AC, I called around 8:30 and Josh was here by 10:15am. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me how everything is diagnosed and explained how the unit works. Unfortunately I did have to have a few parts replaced (17 yr old unit). Thankfully he had the parts needed in his van. The charges for labor and parts were very reasonable. He even called that evening to ensure everything was good! Will definitely recommend Hartz. They have a customer for life with us! Service: A/C system repair

Mikes crew was incredible ! They came on time and did the job in about 4 hours . Others wanted more money and said it would be a two day job . The guys putting in my new AC unit were very polite and explained how to work my new thermostat they put in . Overall - I’m so glad I went with Hartz for installing my AC , and will continue to use them for any future issues I may have . What a great and reliable company ! Thanks guys ????
