I had a gurgling coming from my tub. Jared was able to quickly access the problem and make the repair. I haven’t had an issues since. Jared has the most pleasant personality. Very professional. We had a problem that needed to be fixed sooner rather then later and 3rd Rock came to the rescue! Diagnosed the problem without issue and scheduled a timely repair. Very nice and professional. I particularly appreciate how they made the yard look. They had to dig about six feet up and you could not tell at all after they finished. Still don’t know how they did that! Outstanding!!
Had a great experience, from the estimate visit to the completion of the project! Everything was done promptly and with great customer service. They replaced the pipes to our septic in a day and had the place put back together the next day. Would absolutely call them again for any other plumbing work.
